Founder & CEO

Doug has worked with leading ed-tech entrepreneurs and district administrators for almost 20 years, developing partnerships that improve outcomes for students and help nascent organizations get their "sea legs."

Tiffany Law

COO

Tiffany combines a diverse skill set with a holistic understanding of the educational landscape, allowing her to align partnership strategies with the organization’s core objectives. She is dedicated to supporting both partners and members, nurturing strong relationships that drive meaningful collaboration.

Melissa Crawl

Director of Member & Leader Development

Melissa Crawl has 10 years of experience in the K-12 education system. She served as a classroom teacher in Title 1 schools in Michigan, Florida, and Tennessee.

Herman Gomez

Director of Operations and Project Management

With a career spanning several industries, Herman strives to forge positive, inspired communities, represent both the Latinx and the LGBTQ+ community with humility and pride, and create an environment of love, equity, and acceptance wherever he goes. Before IEI, he has also worked in theatres, nonprofits, and after school programs.

Christina Meixsell

Business Analyst, IEI:Advise

With over twenty years of experience as an English and ENL teacher in the public school system, Christina is an active supporter of fair and equitable education for all. She has also worked in the fields of Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications, connecting her best practices to professional teamwork, coaching, training, research, and writing.

Whitney Ballantine

Marketing Manager

Whitney draws on a diverse background in hospitality, K–12 education, and EdTech marketing. After several years as a classroom teacher, she transitioned into marketing to continue advancing educational impact through strategic communications.
