What we do

District Leaders Connect is built for the people leading K-12 districts and the teams supporting them. Sessions are shaped around real challenges districts are facing right now, from budget pressure to staffing to technology decisions, with time built in for honest conversation, not just presentations.

What you can expect:

• Sessions led by and for district leadership, covering the issues actually on your plate

• Time to connect with peers facing similar decisions in their own districts

• Practical tools and strategies you can bring back to your team the same week

• A space built around your role, whether you're the superintendent making the call or the team member helping build the case for it

 

Who Can Attend?

Guidelines and Opportunities

We want your leadership team there. Member districts can send up to two people at no conference cost, with up to $500 in flight reimbursement and two nights of hotel covered per attendee.

Member districts: No conference fee. Up to $500 flight reimbursement and 2 nights hotel per attendee (up to 2 attendees per district).

Non-member districts: $1,250 registration includes full access to sessions, meals, receptions, and networking.
